Width and longitude are geographical coordinates of a point on the area. Knowing them, it is possible to define location of this point. For determination of geographical coordinates it is possible to use the navigator or the cartographic website.
Instruction
1. Turn on the navigator or start the navigation program on the mobile phone or the smartphone with the external or built-in GPS- or the GLONASS receiver. Take out the device on the street or bring it to a window. If the receiver external, it is required to bring to a window it. Wait until the device obtains information on the location from navigation satellites (on it can be required up to two minutes, depending on conditions of reception of a signal and the number of the found spacecrafts).
2. Find point corresponding to a conclusion to the screen of geographical coordinates in the menu of the navigator or the navigation program of the smartphone. For example, if it is about phone with the Symbian operating system, it is possible to find this point in the menu so: "Applications" - "Arrangement" - "Data of GPS" - "Position". Data on longitude will be in a line which and is called - "Longitude". If the user interface of the navigator is English, the corresponding parameter will carry the name Longitude.
3. In the absence of the navigation receiver pass to the website of any cartographic service: Yandex.Maps, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, etc. the PDA interface will not approach - use the website option intended for desktop computers. Enter the address of the place which coordinates are required to be determined. After loading to determine coordinates of the point interesting you. For example, when using the cartographic website Yandex.Maps for use of this tool should be passed to the address specified at the end of article. After the choice of an object of its coordinate "Tag Coordinates" will be displayed in the field. In them decimal dividers are points, and the symbol separating - a comma.
