So, for example, if three parties of a triangle are set, then on them it is possible to calculate all its other characteristics. However, knowing the area of a triangle, it is impossible to count length of its parties (generally). And here if the area of a square is known, to find its party very easily.

Instruction
1. To find the party of a square if its area is known, take a square root from numerical value of the area. That is find such number, the square (second degree) of which equals the areas of a square. In the form of a formula this rule registers as follows: and = √S, where: and – length of the party of a square, S – the area of a square. Length of the party of a square will be measured in the corresponding linear units. So, for example, if the area of a square equals to 16 square centimeters (cm²), then length of its party will equal to 4 centimeters (cm).
2. To count a root square of number, take the engineering calculator (such where there are designations of mathematical functions). Type numerical value of the area of a square on the calculator keyboard. Then press the button designated as "√". The numerical value of length of the party of a square will appear on the calculator indicator.
3. For calculation of a square root on the computer start the standard Windows calculator. Switch it to "usual" (not engineering!) look. Then gain value of the area. Press the button designated as "sqrt".
4. To find the party of a square with the set area it is possible to use the Excel MS program. For this purpose start the Excel program, point by the cursor to any cage of the table and press the = button. Then press the appeared badge of the choice of function (fx) Choose the ROOT function from the offered list. Then enter numerical value of the area of a square into the appeared window and press the Ok button (or the Enter key). The value of a root square, and respectively and lengths of the party of a square immediately will appear in this cage.
