2. Put champignons in a bowl, salt them, but only slightly. Pepper mushrooms and water with sour cream. For this dish it is possible to take sour cream of any fat content. Chop greens and add it to mushrooms.

3. Cover a bowl with champignons and leave them alone for an hour. During this time they have to be kept waiting well. Periodically the bowl with mushrooms needs to be stirred up that they well became impregnated with marinade.
