Instruction

1. Part yeast in warm water. Put salt. Pour the sifted wheat flour and knead dough for bread. As flour happens different quality therefore, despite the offered quantity, it is necessary to take it so much that dough turned out slightly more liquidly, than, as on pies.

2. Knead it until until it becomes homogeneous, place in the warm place. When dough rises for the first time, it is kneaded again and left for a secondary raising.
