Instruction

1. In preparation yeast on the basis of beer is considered as the most useful and simple. That to make them, take a bowl and pour in it 200 grams of warm, but not hot water. Part in it a glass of flour and let's infuse within 6 hours. After that, add one tablespoon of sugar and one glass of beer to flour weight. Carefully stir all this and put in heat. As soon as weight begins to become covered by bubbles, shift yeast in bank, close a polyethylene cover and you store in the fridge.
