Potato flat cake with cubes of a smoked sausage, paprika, haricot and spices is a fast breakfast for all family which can be prepared in 30-40 minutes. As a rule, such dish is suitable for a nourishing breakfast on the day off when all family, slowly, gathers at one table anywhere.

Ingredients:

  • 30 g of haricot;
  • 3 average potatoes;

  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream or cream;
  • 1 teeth of garlic;
  • ½ tsps of sweet paprika;
  • yogurt or sour cream for giving of a dish;
  • parsley greens;
  • sunflower oil.

Preparation:

  • Wash, fill in haricot with water and wet for one night. Since morning properly to wash out, fill in with a clear water, to boil until ready and to cast away on a colander.
