  • – frozen or fresh mackerel (2-3 pieces);
  • – clear water (3.5 articles);
  • – salt food (30 g);
  • – dry black tea leaves (20 g);
  • – onions peel (150 g);
  • – granulated sugar (15 g).

Instruction

1. Previously prepare fish. Take a mackerel, wash out, remove the head, fins and a tail by means of a sharp knife, having left the middle of a carcass. Further clean fish from within and once again wash out.
