  • - sprinkling pepper and salt to taste;
  • - 1 average lime;
  • - sour cream.

Instruction

1. At first it is necessary to boil chicken fillet. For this purpose to bring to the boil 1.5 liters of water, to salt and throw into it chicken fillet when water with meat of chicken begins to boil again, to lower fire and to cook on slow fire within 40 minutes. Then to remove a bone (if it is), to smooth out from a skin, films and veins and to cut with a cube.
