  • - 1 salty herring;
  • - 1-2 bulbs;
  • - 2 eggs:
  • - 3 potatoes;
  • - 3 carrots;
  • - 300 g of fresh champignons:
  • - mayonnaise;
  • - greens;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. For salad you need a large medium salted Atlantic herring. If fish very salty, at first soak her in milk. Clean herring from a thin skin, remove an entrails and separate fillet from bones. Small cut meat. If in fish there was a caviar or milts, too cut them and mix with meat.

2. Clean champignons and cut with thin strips. Fry on vegetable oil together with the chopped onions. Shift in a plate and put to be cooled.

3. Boil potatoes directly in a peel. Cool and clean, and then grate. Clean carrot and grate, then it should be fried. Boil eggs and separate yolks. Put everything to be cooled.

4. When all products cool down, begin to do puff salad. Lay out the first layer herring, mushrooms from above fried with onions, further potatoes. Grease with mayonnaise.
