- Will be necessary for preparation of salad:
- - chicken breast - 1 piece;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - tomato - 2 pieces;
- - cheese - 100 g;
- - eggs - 4 pieces;
- - a kiwi - 2-3 pieces;
- - salt and pepper - to taste;
- - mayonnaise.
Instruction
1. At first we prepare all ingredients: chicken breast, it is possible to replace it with any parts of chicken, we boil in the added some salt water, slightly we cool, we exempt from skin and bones. We cut the turned-out pulp any medium-sized pieces. It is possible to break off hands meat on fibers. We spread chicken on a salad bowl bottom, the layer has to turn out uniform.
2. We clean a bulb from a peel, we wash out and as it is possible it is more small cut. With the crushed onions it is strewed chicken meat. We coat layers with mayonnaise. Those who love more spicy food can powder meat with onions salt and pepper. We grate cheese and we form of it the following layer.
3. We wash tomatoes, we dry a tissue or a towel, we cut in cubes and we spread them over a grated cheese. It is better to take tomatoes not especially soft, then pieces it will turn out more equal and it will be unlike easier to cut.
4. Eggs previously we boil hard-boiled, we allow them to cool down slightly, we shell. We grate egg and we pour out over tomatoes. From above we do a network of mayonnaise.
5. My kiwi, we clean from a thin skin and we cut. It is possible to cut a kiwi into cubes, straws or triangles. We decorate with fruit pieces a salad top. We remove salad in the fridge for 1-2 hours and it is possible to give to a table.
