Golden sands salad very tasty and unusual. It is capable to become fine addition to any holiday table. This salad can be made both for birthday, and for New year.

It is required to you

  • - on 200 g of tinned corn and tinned salty squids;
  • - on 4 pieces of paprika and tomatoes;
  • - fresh fennel, parsley, basil;
  • - sunflower oil, sprinkling pepper, salt, spices.

Instruction

1. For a start from banks with tinned corn merge all liquid, and lay out grains in a deep bowl.

2. Wash out paprika, cut everyone in half, remove a core, seeds and white partitions. Cut pepper with straws and add to corn.

3. Wash out fresh greens. It is better not to feel sorry for it in this recipe - with it festive salad will turn out more tasty and more colourful. Chop greens and add to a bowl to other ingredients.

4. Clean onions from a peel, cut with small half rings, fill up for a couple of minutes with sugar, then wash a baking plate with usual water and add to a bowl.

5. Wash out tomatoes and cut with segments. If there is desire, it is possible to clean previously them from a thin skin, having scalded boiled water. Add the prepared tomatoes to a bowl.

6. Cast away on a colander tinned squids, wait until all liquid flows down, then cut squids with straws and lay out in a bowl.

7. Carefully mix all ingredients of Golden sands salad, fill with sunflower oil, salt and pepper to taste, leave for half an hour in the fridge.

8. Before giving spread out a ready-to-serve salad on portion salad bowls, decorate with the crushed greens.
