 - 250 ml of water;

 - 200 g of ketchup;

 - 1 tablespoon of a desi;

 - 1 tablespoon of vinegar;

 - 1 tablespoon of the Worcester sauce;

 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;

 - 2 tablespoons of a refiner syrup;

 - ¼ teaspoons of pepper;

 - 50 g of onions;

 - 50 g of a celery;

 - 1 teaspoon of mustard;

 - vegetable oil for greasing.

  • Oil a frying pan vegetable.
  • Make average fire and put a desi in a frying pan. Wait until it thaws.
  • Chop onions and a celery. It is possible to make it by means of the food processor. Add vegetables to a frying pan and slightly fry in the kindled oil.
  • Add water, ketchup, vinegar, the Worcester sauce, a refiner syrup, lemon juice, pepper and mustard. Stir sauce a wooden spoon or a scapula.
  • Lower fire to minimum. Leave sauce slowly to boil approximately for 20 minutes.
  • While sauce slowly boils, stir slowly its each 3-4 minutes.
  • Let's sauce cool down and add it to hamburgers.
