Shrimps, mussels, squids and octopuses are a part of seafood cocktail. Dishes which contain seafood, fantastically tasty and very useful in itself. But they can be diversified. Recently the increasing popularity is gained by different seafood cocktail salads.

Instruction

Take a small pan and pour in it water. Include a plate and put to be heated a pan with water.

In a pan pour out the frozen seafood cocktail and add a little salt to taste.

At that time, while cocktail cooks, take green apple and wash it. Peel fruit and cut in small cubes. Open a jar with tinned pineapple. Merge juice in a glass. Get circles of pineapple and cut them - too with cubes. If you use tinned pineapples which are cut by pieces, then make sure that they are not too large.

Wash lettuce leaves. Shift the cooked seafood cocktail from a pan in a plate and let's it cool down.

Take a bowl for future salad. Tear green lettuce leaves hands and accurately lay in a bowl. From above put the boiled seafood cocktail, add pieces of pineapple and apple and dress all with mayonnaise.

Mix salad and put to be cooled in the fridge for fifteen minutes. Before giving decorate a dish with segments of a lemon or a lime.
