How to prepare a forcemeat stuffing

It is required to you

  • 250 — 300 g of low-fat forcemeat,
    • 1 large onion
    • 30 — 40 g of a desi or margarine
    • 1/4 teaspoons of pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoons of a marjoram
    • the basilica is a little
    • 2 green pods of pepper or 1 — 2 small pickled cucumber
    • 1 glass of broth
    • 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs
    • 100 g of cheese

Instruction

1. Prepare forcemeat. For this purpose previously defreeze it if it lay in the freezer. More useful to health to defreeze meat at the room temperature or in the fridge. But if there isn't enough time, use the microwave oven.

2. Peel onion and small chop it a sharp knife. In a frying pan warm oil or margarine and fry in it onions till golden color. Add forcemeat to onions, well mix everything and fry. It is necessary to fry until meat doesn't lose reddish coloring. During frying it is necessary to stir slowly constantly forcemeat.

3. Cut small straws pods of pepper or cucumbers. Add their forcemeat. Lay out also in a frying pan bread crumbs and pour in a glass of broth. Well mix everything and fry until ready meat.

4. Remove a frying pan from fire. Lay out a stuffing on a plate and cool. Grate cheese on a small grater. Mix the cooled stuffing with cheese. Your stuffing is ready.
