The pea soup cooked according to this recipe turns out rich and fragrant. It can be welded quickly enough. It isn't obligatory to presoak a grinding peas before cooking.

It is required to you

  • - glass of a grinding peas
  • - 2.5 liters of water
  • - 3 potatoes
  • - bulb
  • - carrots
  • - vegetable oil
  • - greens
  • - salt
  • - bay leaf

Instruction

1. Place a grinding peas in a pan for cooking of soup. Wash it with water several times. Water use warm.

2. Fill in peas with cold water. Put on a plate. You cook at average boiling within an hour.

3. Wash and peel potatoes, carrots, a bulb. Cut potatoes in bars or cubes. After peas boil within an hour, add to it potatoes.

4. Crush carrots and onions. You can grate or cut carrots straws. Cut onions rather small. Fry vegetables a little on vegetable oil.

5. In 10 minutes after addition of potatoes put the prepared carrots and onions in future soup. Salt a dish. Add bay leaf. You cook 5 more minutes.

6. Wash greens. Cut small. Add it to a pan with any more not boiling soup. Let's infuse minutes 10. Pea soup is ready.
