Oranges and champignons salad

This juicy salad differs in an unusual combination of ingredients and slightly sweetish taste. It can be prepared both for breakfast, and for dinner. Salad simple in preparation also doesn't take away a lot of time. It rather nourishing and very tasty. And still it rather low-calorie will also suit those who carefully watch the weight.

It is required to you

  • - champignons (300 g);
  • - oranges (4 pieces);
  • - Parmesan cheese (300 g);
  • - paprika (4 pieces);
  • - mayonnaise low-calorie (2 tablespoons);
  • - fried sesame (1 h spoon);
  • - salt (to taste).

Instruction

1. Cut champignons and fry them on sunflower oil till ruddy color, salt. Put to cool down.

2. Scrape paprika seeds and small to cut it.

3. Grate Parmesan.

4. Wash up oranges and cut them in half. Get accurately pulp from crusts. Put crusts aside (they still will be useful), and small to cut pulp. Merge excess juice.

5. Mix all products of juicy salad. Add mayonnaise, salt.

6. Spread out salad in an orange peel which was useful as plateaus. Strew with sesame.
