Poppy cake

If you were bored by traditional pies, biscuits and cakes, surely bake a cake with poppy: its taste is fresh and original and process of preparation doesn't differ in special complexity.

Ingredients:

  • Poppy - 150 g;
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 pack;
  • Baking powder - 10 g;
  • 20 percent sour cream – 0.5 kg;
  • Top-grade flour;
  • Creamy margarine - 150 g;
  • Eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Sheet gelatine - 10 g;
  • Sugar - 1 St.

Preparation

  • We soften margarine in room conditions. When the product slightly melts, we will mix it with granulated sugar (at this stage we take only 3/4 glasses).
  • We drive in eggs. We add vanilla sugar together with baking powder, and then intensively we shake up by means of a nimbus.
  • We put poppy and we knead weight to uniformity. Mookie is poured absolutely slightly, the consistence of the test has to be brought closer to density of dense sour cream.
  • We cover a baking tray a foil layer. We put poppy dough and it is accurately leveled. Cake should be baked from 15 to 25 minutes (depending on characteristics of an oven) at 180 degrees.
  • It is possible to test degree of readiness of a cake layer in the old manner – a match: if the tip leaves dry, the basis for cake can be taken out from the furnace and to postpone until cooling, without taking out from a form.
  • We pass to a creamy layer. Properly we shake up sour cream from the sugar remains. Separately we prepare gelatin, we fill in with water according to the instruction and we allow to bulk up (with a sheet product less efforts – aren't present need it to boil).
  • We connect sweet sour cream to gelatin. We shake up a nimbus and we spill on a surface of the cooled cake layer. We expose cake in the fridge for 4 hours.
  • After the creamy layer thickens and will be condensed, the foil can be removed carefully.

The cake needs to be stored constantly in cold, otherwise the layer will thaw. Recomedutsya to decorate cake with fresh fruit.
