For fans of stuffed peppers one more unusual stuffing. Perfectly will approach under mashed potatoes or pilaf.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of a red (green) paprika;
  • - 200 g of brynza;
  • - 4 onions;
  • - 3 tablespoons of fat;
  • - 500 g of tomatoes;
  • - 200 g of salted pork fat;
  • - ½ h spoon of icing sugar;
  • - 2 pods of hot pepper;
  • - salt and black pepper.
  • For egg mix:
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 20 g of milk.

Instruction

1. Heat a frying pan and on the warmed fat fry thoroughly pepper. Cool. Husk with pepper, take out seeds.

2. Cut brynza small pieces. Put the crushed brynza in each pod of pepper.

3. In a separate bowl shake up egg with flour and milk. Dip each pepper into egg mix.

4. Warm a frying pan with fat and fry peppers on both sides. Lay the ready fried pepper pods on a serving dish.

5. You will scald tomatoes boiled water and husk with them. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Cut salted pork fat into cubes, and crush hot pepper.

6. Grate onions, fry the received onions weight with fat in a hot frying pan. Add small cut tomatoes, salted pork fat and hot pepper. Season with salt, pepper and add a pinch of icing sugar.
