It is required to you

  • For 4 portions:
  • 1 kg of fillet of a turkey
  • 200 гр fat cottage cheese
  • 2 paprikas of different flowers
  • 2-3 garlic gloves
  • parsley and basil
  • olive or vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper

Instruction

1. We will begin with preparation of a stuffing. For this purpose grasses and a paprika it is necessary to wash and dry a paper towel. Small cut greens. Scrape pepper seeds, small cut. Peel garlic gloves and miss through a press. Connect all ingredients, mix and add cottage cheese. Then add salt, pepper to taste, and once again prevent.
