Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 2 pieces;

  • Granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • Black sprinkling pepper and salt.

Preparation:

  • Salty herring cut, remove all entrails, fins and the head, to wash carefully from within and outside. In a deep bowl to pour out milk, in it to lay out fish, to leave to be soaked about 40 minutes.
