Sharp salmon with orange sauce – a tasty and picturesque dish. Red fish is fried breaded of sugar, salt and pepper, is served with juicy orange, ginger and chili pepper sauce.
Preparation of products
To prepare a sharp salmon with orange sauce, it is required to you:
- 600 g of steak of a salmon;
- 100 g of granulated sugar;
- 1 orange;
- 40 g of fresh ginger;
- 1 chili pepper siliculose;
- 10 g of a sprinkling pepper of Chile;
- 10 g of ground black pepper;

Mix granulated sugar with salt, a black sprinkling pepper and a sprinkling pepper of Chile. Steaks of a salmon wash a baking plate with cold water, carefully dry then roll in them in mix of sugar, salt and pepper.
