  • - kohlrabi of 2 pieces;
  • - paprika of 500 g;
  • - tomatoes of 1 kg;
  • - onions of 3 pieces;
  • - squash of 1 kg;
  • - grains of a coriander of 1 tablespoon;
  • - carnation of 3 pieces;
  • - bell pepper of 10 pieces;
  • - currant and cherry leaves on 5 pieces;
  • - horse-radish 1 leaf;
  • - bay leaf of 2 pieces.
  • For marinade on 1 liter of water:
  • - salt of 1.5 tablespoons;
  • - sugar of 4 tablespoons;
  • - vinegar (9%) of 1/2 St.

Instruction

1. Wash out paprika, tomatoes, a cauliflower, squash, a kohlrabi under flowing water. Peel onions and cut each head thick rings or half rings. Divide a cauliflower into small inflorescences. Cut off legs, having left only curly-headed umbrellas. Peel a kohlrabi, cut straws, but not strongly small.

2. Cut pepper on 4 parts and remove seeds. Cut squash circles or bars. If squash young, then it isn't necessary to peel. At old large vegetables it is better to cut off a peel: it is too rough. Cut tomatoes in half or on 4 parts. If you use small, it is possible to put entirely. Put all vegetables in one cup and mix.

3. Carefully wash the prepared banks with hot water and rinse. On a bottom of each can put leaves of cherry, horse-radish, currant, bay leaf and all spices, from above - a vegetable mix.

4. For marinade add salt and sugar to water, bring to the boil, then pour in vinegar and remove from fire. Fill all jars with marinade. Cover with covers and put to be sterilized: 3-liter banks - 25 minutes, 2-liter and liter - for 15 minutes. Roll up banks, turn upside down and cover with something warm (a blanket or a plaid). Leave so for 3 days. On storage remove to the dark cool place.
