Shrimps, greens and vegetables salad is a fine option for a light summer dish. Bright, solar salad will lighten the mood, will satisfy hunger and will fill an organism with nutrients and vitamins, useful to health.
It is required to you
- - 250 g cherry tomato;
- - 200 cleaned shrimps;
- - 40 g of arugula;
- - 1 small jar of olives;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 0, 5 h spoon of wine vinegar;
- - spicy herbs;
- - salt to taste.
1. We fill a pan of the average size with water, we put it on fire. When water begins to boil, we lower in it shrimps and we cook several minutes. We drain water, we cool shrimps and we spread them on a paper towel that it absorbed in itself excess moisture.
2. We wash cherry tomatoes under flowing water and we cut in half.
3. We touch arugula, we wash and we dry it a paper towel then we tear it hands to pieces of the average sizes.
4. We delete stones from olives and we cut them in half.
5. In separate ware we prepare gas station for salad. For this purpose we mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and spicy herbs.
6. We place all ingredients for salad in a deep bowl, we pour in it in the made sauce, carefully we mix everything and we give to a table.
