One of my favourite foods - stuffed peppers. Each hostess trains him in own way, but how many different options of preparation I tried, I always come back to the recipe. I share way of preparation of this dish with you.

It is required to you

  • - 4 red paprikas,
  • - 1 yellow paprika,
  • - 1 bulb, 1 carrot,
  • - 400 g of mincemeat,
  • - 300 g boiling of buckwheat,
  • - 100 g of green beans,
  • - salt,
  • - pepper,
  • - vegetable oil,
  • - 1 tablespoons of chopped greens.

Instruction

1. Sweet red pepper wash up and cut off "lid" with a fruit stem. Grate carrots, onions to clean and cut in small cubes, to brown in vegetable oil and to cool.
