Products

  • 2 crude sweet carrots
  • 150 g of a hard cheese
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 150 g of a kernel of walnut
  • 150 g of mayonnaise
  • 250 g of cabbage
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Preparation

Walnut small to cut or knead a rolling pin. Wash up and grate carrot on a usual grater. Squeeze out garlic gloves through a press for garlic. Grate a hard cheese on a small grater. Cabbage wash out and remove bad leaves, cut straws. Greens wash out, leave several branches for ornament, and remained to crush a knife. All products mix, add mayonnaise and it is once again good to mix.

We decorate with greens branches. Tasty salad is ready-to-serve.
