To calculate the sum of the sums it is enough to put everything composed, entering the separate sums. If calculations are made in the Excel program, then it is possible to calculate the sum of the sums much quicker and more simply.

1. That in the Excel program to calculate the sum of the sums of columns of the table, place the cursor more to the right of the most right column, in line where there are sums of columns. Press the sign of the sum "?" located under the main menu and called Avtosumm. Depending on settings and the previous actions the program will allocate the block of cells which (according to it) you intend to summarize. If the allocated block does not coincide with line of the partial sums, then allocate this line (to the chosen cage) and press "Enter". After that in the allocated cell there will be a formula for calculation of the sum of the sums of columns and also the value will be calculated it.
2. That to find the sum of the sums of lines of the table in Excel, arrive similarly. Arrange the cursor below the lowermost line, in a column where there are sums of lines. Press an autosum badge (?). Allocate the block of cells which need to be summarized (in this case it will be a part of a column to a total cage). Press "Enter". Then in the chosen cell there will be a formula for calculation of the sum of the sums of lines and also the current value will be calculated it.
3. If the partial sums are located on different sheets of the table, then it is the simplest to calculate the sum of the sums as follows. Add a new leaf (on it the formula for calculation of the sum of the sums will be located) to the table. For this purpose choose in the main Insert menu - "Sheet". Choose any cage on the appeared leaf, place in it the cursor and press the sign of the sum "?". Now, passing at sight to a leaf, serially specify by the cage cursor with the partial sums. After each "instruction" it is necessary to press a semicolon (;), and at the end to press "Enter". The received formula will collect all preliminary sums from all sheets of the table and will summarize them.
