The screen of the personal computer has a special characteristic called the frequency of updating of the screen. It is measured in hertz. Than its value above, that will flicker less the screen.
Instruction
1. It is not necessary to change parameters on liquid crystal screens – you will not notice a difference. On monitors of old models it is an important indicator.
2. To increase or reduce the frequency of updating of the screen, right-click in any place of a desktop. In the opened window choose a line of "Property" and left-click on not. The screen properties window will open.
3. Besides, you can open this window through the Start-up menu, having chosen "Control panel", then having pressed "Screen" an icon.
4. In a window "Properties: The screen" which will open come on the Parameters tab, having left-clicked on it. Here find the inscription "In addition" and left-click on it. In response to your actions the window "Properties will open: Module of connection of the monitor".
5. Find the Monitor tab and left-click on not. Now choose the section "Monitor Parameters". Make sure that near the inscription "Hide the Modes Which the Monitor Can Not Use" there is a marker tick. Note the field if it is necessary.
6. In a drop-down list "The frequency of updating of the screen" choose the frequency necessary to you (55 Hz, 60 Hz, 70 Hz and so on). Click at the necessary frequency with the left mouse button. Further press the Apply button. Confirm team or refuse changes, having pressed, respectively the Yes or Cancellation button.
7. If you have an operating room of the Windows 7 systems, right-click in any blank space of a desktop, select the Display resolution item. Press it the left digging of a mouse. The new window will open.
8. Find in it a line "Additional parameters" and left-click. In the opened window activate the Monitor tab. Make sure that near the inscription "Hide the Modes Which the Monitor Can Not Use" there is a marker tick. Note the field if it is necessary. Choose the necessary frequency of blinking of the monitor. Now press the Apply button. Also confirm or reject changes.
