Perhaps, most interestingly in school there passed lessons of physics and chemistry at which various experiments were shown. This instruction not only will allow to refresh to you basic knowledge in these objects, but also in house conditions to grow up beautiful crystals. From them excellent souvenirs will turn out.

Instruction
1. Remember that cultivation of crystals is a long process. Stock up with patience and be defined to what date you would like to receive a crystal. On average at you two-three weeks will leave.
2. Decide from what substance you will grow up the crystal. Various salts (including, bath salts) and even sugar will approach. Salt crystals grow better, turn out stronger and different in color therefore about them and the speech will go further. So, from usual table salt you receive white, transparent crystals, from copper vitriol – dark blue-light blue, from copper – red. Do not apply various artificial dyes – they will slow down reaction, will change color of solution, but not the crystal.
3. At the first stage of your experiment you have to receive saturated solution of food salt (NaCl). For this purpose in rather warm water (apprx. 60 °C) it is necessary to pour out salt and to stir carefully. It is desirable to use the distilled water (if you grow up copper vitriol – surely). When salt ceases to be dissolved and will begin to drop out in a deposit, so necessary concentration is reached. On 100 g of water 35-40 g of salt on average leave. Filter solution to get rid of garbage and excess salt.
4. Take a germ (priming), i.e. large kristallik to that salt which you use. Place it on a glass bottom with saturated solution or fix on a thread and lower in solution. Germs it is possible to take a little.
5. Wrap up your capacity in something warm that solution cooled down more slowly, and cover with the sheet of paper that dust did not get to water. Then the second, longest stage in cultivation of crystals – expectation begins.
6. If all of you made correctly, then in 3-4 days the germ will not be dissolved, and will begin to grow slowly. In process of water evaporation, the crystal will increase in sizes. Control liquid level. In need of once a one or two weeks add new solution. It is better not to get the growing germ from solution once again. At observance of all these rules through some time you receive a beautiful crystal which will become unusual decoration of your house or a fine gift for your acquaintances.
