Useful habits

The habit is the, not the, second, and very the first nature. Habits direct us round the clock, it is so convenient to perform habitual operations on the automatic machine, without applying neither additional intellectual, nor physical efforts.

What is a habit?

Concept the habit – means action at which you do not think as as it is necessary to do.   3. To yawn – not culturally, no doubt. But health and culture not always march in step. When the person yawns, he gets rid of emotional pressure, allows a brain to have a rest, increasing its blood supply.
