The love for itself is an important part of vital success. While you do not love yourself, it is difficult to you to count that you will be accepted by others. The ability to love itself helps both with work, and with private life. But efforts are required for some of us to learn to have a tender affection for themselves.

1. Pay attention to personal progress and achievements. They are in life of each person. The people who are not able to love themselves differ from surrounding with the fact that do not notice the true achievements. The warm and cozy house, good relations in collective, wellbeing, excellent friends, progress in study can become for you an occasion to estimate the personal contribution to vital success of your environment.
2. Temporarily ignore the shortcomings. All have defects and shortcomings. But if you want to learn to love yourself, temporarily limit the reflections about them. Instead of mentally returning to failures, think of that, kind of you wanted to behave in a similar situation in the future. Distract from the analysis of shortcomings by means of books or movies.
3. Stop to be guided by others. Understand that it is important for you. You can build the same big giving, as at the neighbor Masha. But whether you need big giving? Perhaps you prefer compact lodges which are easy for removing, and in which it is possible to create the cozy atmosphere? You love and respect the aspirations even if they differ from motives of people around.
4. Reduce communication with foes. You should not revel in scandals or the conflicts. Try to ignore ill-wishers. There are people to whom it is not important, on whom to lower the negative. Try not to accumulate such among the friends. And if those are among your relatives, dose communication with them. Their point of view should not convince you of utter darkness of terrestrial existence. People who are on friendly terms with optimists usually love themselves more. Consider it when forming a circle of the acquaintances.
