5. Try to distract from gloomy thoughts and find to yourself work to liking. Take a vacation for a week, go to other country, develop and enjoy life. If there is no opportunity to leave, have a rest in the city. You go to movie theaters, theaters, the museums or clubs.
6. Ask friends about support. At first utter the grief and experiences to the best friends. You spend time more often in the company of good acquaintances which can lighten you the mood and are able to have fun on the present.
