Even if new plans for the future did not help you, just release negative emotions and try to relax. Adjust yourself on a positive note, most likely, everything that causes your concern, over time not only will disappear, but also will seem you a real trifle.

3. Try to distract yourself some useful occupation. You can watch some informative movie or fascinating series, read the book or listen to favourite music, be engaged in self-development, learning foreign languages, improving knowledge of cookery. Find for yourself a useful hobby: learn to cross stitch, knit needles or a hook, to spin jewelry from beads. Besides, active holiday and sports activities too perfectly help to struggle with a depression, to splash out anger and a negative.

4. As soon as you are able to distract and be adjusted on new life, you will have an excellent mood again, and you will be able freely to communicate with people who surround you. Report to them that everything got better, ask forgiveness for the behavior and surely thank for understanding and support which they give you, despite any vital difficulties. That further you had no similar situations, you have to remember that all problems are solvable. If there is no exit from the deadlock, to think of it all the same senselessly.
