We live in the world where everything has the beginning and the end. It is difficult for us to present infinity therefore several centuries the mankind looks for the answer to a question when there comes doomsday. Various predictors, soothsayers, psychics put forward the theories concerning this question. Ecologists and scientists take an independent stand on this problem, but hardly someone can tell with absolute confidence whether the truth will be doomsday.
The doomsday reasons
By doomsday mean death of mankind and the planet Earth. Therefore are the most probable causes of such outcome:
- Megaaccidents: collision of the planet with asteroids, comets, strong hurricanes and earthquakes, Ice Ages, increase in power of the Sun.
- Unreasonable human activity which can lead to global warming, pure disappearance, strong air pollution and, eventually, – fight for survival.
- Experiments in the field of physics with elementary particles, black holes in space time.
- Strengthening of power of robots on Earth. Robotics constantly becomes complicated. Computer technologies become more powerful and sometimes computer viruses and robots begin to live life, for example.
- Nanotechnologies which are designed to help the person to recreate some objects in the unusual way. However a problem of nanoparticles is their high toxicity and ability to get through barriers, for example, skin.
- Invasion of alien mind.
- Nepredskazumy consequences for mankind can come when more than 50% of all people get sick. It will break functioning of the enterprises, stations which provide planet infrastructure.
Predictions for doomsday
Once the ancient person thought of a question from where our world originates as also other question appeared: when there comes its end. Myths about doomsday of the different people speak about it differently. But almost always the end of the world comes under the influence of deities which created it. Most often doomsday is a court of justice. Though sometimes in myths a winner of the last fight is the evil (German-Scandinavian eschatology).
Except myths it is told about doomsday in works of scientists and predictors:
- Nostradamus's predictions. In these prediction there is no exact date. In them it is said that in the world there will be the third great tyrant of the Arab origin who will launch war of 27 years. Military operations will put the world before a possibility of disappearance. However there is a chance that everything will end well.
- Vanga's predictions. As well as at Nostradamus, Vanga's predictions, have no exact date. She spoke about doomsday two times. The first time contacted her unreasonable human activity which will lead to global warming. And the second time she mentioned a huge body which has to arrive from space and lead to cataclysms.
- Predictions of the Bible. In this book there are many mentions of doomsday. Generally all of them come down to action of God in planet life, and to restoration of a fair world order.
- Predictions according to the calendar Maya. This calendar came to an end 21.12.12 therefore many considered that this day and will become doomsday. Now scientists drew a conclusion that the calendar indicated another the end of one era and the beginning.
- Isaac Newton's predictions. By its calculations the doomsday has to drop for 2060.
Signs of doomsday
There is no uniform classification of signs of doomsday because this question is considered from the different points of view. Signs of doomsday can be divided on such categories:
- Christian tradition;
- Muslim tradition;
- ecological look;
- scientific view.
It is impossible to tell precisely what of views give more correct understanding of a question of doomsday because it only assumptions of the people limited in understanding of such global questions of a civilization.
