Exercises for deltoid muscles

It is possible to receive beautiful and big shoulders, doing exercises for development of deltoid muscles. The correct work of the shoulder joint and shovel depends on their state.

Instruction

1. In the home position of the hand arrange below, having taken them in the lock. Move the right hand with uniform effort up. The left hand you press on the right hand, trying not to give it to rise up. At the same time pressure which contributes to its development and growth will be put upon the right deltoid muscle. Trade hands places, and repeat exercise.

2. In the home position the hands are raised parallel to the floor up. Brushes are closed in the lock. Lower the left hand with effort down, at the same time resisting the right hand. Force of resistance can be regulated, moving the right hand is closer to the shoulder. This exercise allows to load the front bunch of the deltoid muscle well.

3. In the home position the right elbow is located parallel to the floor. The left hand covers it from above and tries to lower down. Raise the right elbow up at the most maximum range. Trade hands places and do this exercise once again. Thus average and side bunches of fibers of deltoid muscles develop.

4. Exercise similar to previous. But here the pressing effort goes down, and the effort of resistance aspires up. Besides the deltoid muscle, the broadest muscle of the back and the pectoral muscle is involved in this exercise.

5. In the home position the right hand is bent in the elbow and raised up. The bend has to make the right angle between the shoulder and the forearm. Grab with the left hand the right brush. With uniform effort move the right hand to the left side. The left hand put pressure upon the right hand. Change hands, and repeat exercise.

6. Are in the home position of the hand before the breast. Move the left hand up, pressing on it the right hand. This exercise actively develops muscles rotators.

7. Sit down at the table. The elbow of the right hand in the home position has to be located on the table. The left hand presses on the palm of the right hand. Bend the right hand towards the table surface. This exercise reminds fight on hands.

8. In the home position the elbow of the left hand is raised up, and brushes are close in the lock. The left hand you press on the right hand, moving their other party. This exercise renders huge effort to deltoid and trapezoid muscles.
