For maximum efficiency, of course, it is necessary to force itself to execute all set of exercises. But if you felt dorsodynias, joints, then it is better to postpone the training. Duration of the training depends also on the purpose which you want to reach. For example, if you wish to build up muscle bulk, then duration has to be about 1-1.5 hours. For beginners this time will be slightly big as they need to provide to muscles the basic basis at first.
