How to develop flexibility in house conditions

All muscle work of our organism is connected with the movement. All bends of the body are provided at the expense of joints. And their state directly depends on flexibility of these links. At good flexibility such diseases as arthritis and osteochondrosis aren't observed.

Instruction

1. Take the left hand of right. Press the thumb on index. Make such pressings for all fingers of the right hand. Then perform exercise on the left hand.

2. Adjoin thumbs of hands. One of fingers press on another. At the same time other finger it is necessary to show resistance to this pressing. Range of deviations of the finger shouldn't exceed 3 centimeters. Otherwise it is possible to injure the sinew.

3. Get hands back and connect in the lock. They have to be completely straightened. The movement of hands has to happen to uniform loading up, and only at the end the muscle tension is obliged to reach the maximum value. For 3 seconds try to record hands in the top point.

4. Get the left hand for the head at right angle. Grasp with the right hand fingers of the left hand. The right hand pull down. The left hand resist the movement down. Range of the course of the right hand shouldn't be less than 20 centimeters.

5. Without ducking it isn't possible to develop good flexibility of the neck. Therefore to do the ducking back, forward, to the right and to the left it is necessary till 10-15 times for each party.

6. In the standing position arrange hands in the bottom of the backbone. You keep one leg in the weakened state and having slightly turned in in the knee. Do deflections by the breast forward, at the same time hands it is necessary to press a little on the backbone.

7. In the sitting position on the floor clasp the straightened leg. Make breakthroughs by the trunk to the leg sock. Try to do this exercise the maximum quantity of times.

8. To develop flexibility of the trunk and legs, it is necessary to do exercises with body tilts. The left hand arrange on the knee of the leg of the same name. The right hand bend to the leg, trying to reach finger-tips. In the final stage of exercise record the body for several seconds. For each party make not less than 20 stretching movements.
