Swimming - one of the most widespread summer sports. There is the number of simple exercises which will help you to seize skills of swimming. But never you learn to swim alone, let near you it will be obligatory the experienced swimmer.

Instruction

1. Make the deep breath, fall to water with the head, and hold the breath for several minutes. Repeat this exercise several times in a row.

2. Carrying out the same, open under water of the eye and find some subject at the bottom. Try not to wipe eyes and the face hands, it will help to get used to irritation of skin which is caused by the water which is flowing down on the person. Repeat exercise several times

3. Having made the deep breath, sit down in water so that the mouth appeared under water, and make the exhalation in water. Repeat.

4. Make the deep breath and, having fallen to water with the head, exhale, air. Rise and repeat exercise 3 - 4 times without stopping and without hurrying.

5. Having made the deep breath, sit down on the bottom, press knees to the stomach and strong clasp them with hands, lower the chin on the breast. At the same time your body will become similar to the float and will emerge. Remain in such situation several seconds. Get up, recover the breath and repeat exercise.

6. At the coast where depth to the knee, lay down on the back, rest hands against the bottom and, having lowered the nape in water, raise the basin. Make the deep breath and tear off hands from the bottom. Your body will freely keep at the water surface.

7. Repeat the previous exercise in deeper place. Don't panic if water gets into the nose and the mouth.

8. From the provision "float" extend hands and legs (the person is lowered in water) and lie down in such position (shooter) several seconds. Receive the home position and get up on the bottom. In the provision "arrow" turn sideways, and then on the back.

9. Standing on depth belts are slightly lower, make the deep breath, sit down, connect hands over the head, and having strongly made a start from the bottom, allow the body to slide on water.

10. Sliding on water, begin to work legs vigorously. Hands alternately carry out grebk (the movements of hands remind the windmill). And here you already float!
