How to dry before competitions

In such sport as the bodybuilding very often arises the need for drying before competitions to appear at the competition in the most esthetic and trim shape. The place which will be taken by the athlete depends on it.

Concept of drying

Drying is created in order that the athlete could bare the muscle bulk which he gained during the trainings and food on weight. It is natural that if this period of set of muscle bulk wasn't, then there is nothing to bare.

Drying is divided into three components the diet, trainings and administration of drugs. Each of them plays the large role. The lack of one of points can lead to the fact that you don't receive result.

Diet

At food on drying it is important to keep muscle bulk and to remove fat. Therefore increase amount of protein in the diet and reduce carbohydrates. Losses of muscles can be because of inadequate training loads when the amount of carbohydrates aren't enough in the diet. Because of it the organism transfers exercise stresses more difficult. If in the diet the lack of protein, then there is the destruction of muscles. The basic rules of food on drying: 1. gradual refusal of carbohydrates; 2. increase in amount of protein in the diet; 3. lack of salt in food. At first the main diet consists of vegetables, low-fat cheese, kefir and skim cheese and also no more than two apples in day. The small amount of grain in the diet is allowed. At the second stage after 7-10 days of drying there is the gradual reduction of grain and refusal of fruit. The third stage begins with total absence of fruit and porridges in the diet after the lunch, but proteinaceous food remains. This stage begins for 18-25 day. The fourth and last stage is the refusal of everything except vegetables and proteinaceous food. At the end of it leave as well dairy products. Use of various medicines like the vitamins, minerals and medicines facilitating digestion is very much welcomed.

Trainings

Here everything is simple. It is necessary to reduce time of the training and to combine exercises in supersets. However, it is impossible to pick up the perfect training. For each athlete the special program is also selected it proceeding from the condition of the organism and its features. Only the professional coach who will track that the athlete didn't burn the muscle besides fat will help with this plan.

Water conclusion

On the third week of drying it is possible to think also of the water conclusion from the organism to designate the relief. Process of the conclusion is divided into two stages – preparatory and the main. The preparatory stage – it water consumption is twice higher than norm that the organism strongly removed it. In the main stage the athlete sharply reduces amount of the consumed water, and the organism doesn't realize it yet and removes still much and quickly. Some athletes use for this purpose diuretic medicines, but it has the risks on exhaustion of the organism and the problem with kidneys. Anyway it is necessary to control tightly process of drying in order to avoid problems with health.
