Instruction

Record the pose for 1 minute. On the breath return to the home position. Repeat exercise on the right leg.

3. Get up directly, extend hands before yourself, legs shoulder width apart. With the exhalation sit down, having arranged the hip parallel to the floor. Be late in the pose for 3 – 5 seconds. On the breath receive the home position. Make 15 – 20 squats.

4. Lay down on the back, put hands for the head, raise legs up. Cross hips to the exhalation, on the breath part legs as much as possible in the parties. Do exercise within 5 minutes. From the same situation you pass to the following exercise "driving by the bicycle". Perform exercise not less than 5 minutes.
