1. Begin with the warming up of muscles. Use any set of exercises which is offered for this purpose by professional athletes. Don't start trainings without this step, otherwise you easily injure to yourself muscles or sheaves, and you will need prolonged treatment.

2. Start learning of the element, having at first estimated the ability to carry out the handstand. For this purpose at first just try to get up on hands near the wall, at such distance that if necessary it was possible to lean on it. Do it carefully and whenever possible ask somebody to get up nearby. Train, you won't be able to hold yourself in the vertical position without additional support and assistants yet.

3. Prepare the soft platform for development of the acrobatic exercise chosen by you. It is desirable that it were elastic mats or as close as possible to them on the properties the subject. Get up facing the improvised training platform and take the step forward, having at the same time raised the left leg in air, and lower the right hand on the floor.

4. Make the push the right leg, having sent the body to air. At the same time you don't cramp the leg and don't stop, forward motion has to remain. Put the left hand near right. Put the left leg on the floor at the same time as right will reach the vertical position. Then in turn tear off the right and left hands from the floor and put the right leg on the floor.

5. Grind the element, you won't be able to carry out the acrobatic wheel not on stages yet, and to uniform movements. You shouldn't remove mats even after you learn to do this element - they are required according to safety measures. And before each training surely find time for warm-up. In the same way and after intensive exercises it is worth spending several minutes for allowing muscles to have a rest for what there are also special exercises.
