Drying: its sense and process

Don't forget: to achieve essential result in drying, it is necessary ""to burn"" muscles, and this process demands energy, that is carbohydrates therefore it is impossible to exclude them from the diet. And it won't turn out.

The only carbohydrates which can be excluded from the food allowance during drying - fast carbohydrates, that is chocolate, confectionery, sparkling water, any kind of sugar... These products don't bear any advantage to the organism!

Try to reduce norm of the consumed carbohydrates and fats until you begin to notice weight reduction. Try to exclude completely from the diet the products rich with cholesterol. Put the main emphasis on vegetables, vitamins and products rich with protein. Don't hesitate to use the protein and amino-acid complexes - they will give energy and will promote growth of muscles without provoking of process of the adiposity.
