Snails live in the wide range of ecosystems. Swamps, ditches, ponds, lakes and the rivers are the excellent environment for their dwelling. Ampullyary it is possible to keep in a usual aquarium with fresh water. They perfectly get on with most of aquarium fishes if of course those do not treat the types feeding on mollusks. Aquarian snails are Gastropoda mollusks, have spiralno the twirled sink, and on the head of them sensitive tentacles are noticeable. In aquariums is more often than others contain coils.

1. In natural conditions snails eat generally various seaweed and bacterial obrastaniye which are formed in water. 3. Ampullyariya eat almost everything that can grind and swallow: cucumbers, spinach, carrot, a forage for small fishes, dead small fishes and their caviar. As they can eat only very soft food, they should be fed with boiled vegetables or tinned spinach. Snails also do not refuse skobleny meat and the scalded salad. They can give also the soaked white loaf, carefully throwing it small pieces into water. Be careful that from the remains of such forage water did not deteriorate.
4. Do a small funnel of the top half of a leg of a snail and tighten in it a forage together with the film floating on a water surface. After the funnel is filled almost to the brim, the mollusk very quickly eats its contents. Then it gathers the next portion of a forage.
5. Calcium is necessary for snails for construction of the lodge therefore pH of water has to be not lower than 7, and it is better to make it higher as it is very important. If water too soft (with the low content of calcium), then it is necessary to add small shredded marble, limestone, sea shells or one of medicine which are sold in pet-shops for increase in hardness of water to it.
