It is required to you: - the motor (it is possible from player, only with the plastic roller); - wire; - string (thinnest); - gel pen; - the power supply and the holder for the motor (it is possible metal clip holder from the handle).
You untwist gel pen and you remove from it paint. From metal core you pick out ball, by means of needle. You grind off file tip that the string has got and could move freely backwards-forward. You shorten tube of the handle twice for economy of string and convenience at further use. You cut off tubule in which there was paint, having left piece, the size as half of the previous tube. It will limit vibration of string during the work.
We pass to the motor. To attach the motor to tube, take the metal holder from the handle and just to primotayta adhesive tape to the motor. You do small opening in the roller of the motor by the heated needle under the string size (only not on the center).
You measure the necessary length of string. You pull it by means of flat-nose pliers, and then you heat the lighter in that place where there will be its future sharp tip. It will heat up, will become thinner and will burst. You sharpen string, using stone for turning of knives. You insert string so that the edge looked out of core on 4 mm, and you bend the second end of string in the form of letter G and you insert into opening in the roller. You twist micromotor wires with wires and you connect to the power supply.
