Sorting blockages of letters on an electronic mailbox, it is possible to delete accidentally the necessary letters, without having noticed them. Such letters can always be restored even if you deleted them from a mail basket. The main condition — use of special programs, but not the web interface.

Instruction
1. Why work with the web interface of the same mailbox does not allow to save remote letters? The fact is that when viewing mail on the website you use information from the server of messages. The program allows not to delete letters from the server during some time which is specified in settings of the mail utility, i.e. actually letters were deleted by you, but their copies are stored as reserve.
2. At the moment many mail services allow to keep a large number of letters. Some offer up to 1 GB of free space, other 7 GB and above. Therefore before removal of the letter it is worth thinking whether much it borrows on the server selected to you. Removal of letters on the computer will be the best solution.
3. For saving letters on the server it is necessary to activate the corresponding option. For this purpose click the top menu "Service" in a main window of the program and select the Accounts item. For your account install a mark in point of saving mail in the server.
4. By default most services use delivery mail under the POP3 protocol. Everything would be good, but this protocol does not allow to save copies of letters on the server for their subsequent recovery, despite the option exposed in settings. Therefore it is necessary to replace POP3 with IMAP.
5. For execution of synchronization of all letters which are on the server and your computer it is necessary to pass to the Entering folder and to select all letters. Copy them, having used the Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert keyboard shortcut. Pass "Service" to the menu, select "IMAP folder" and insert the copied letters.
6. Now after removal of the important letter it is enough to pass to the IMAP folder and to find the lost letter. Means of the program it is possible to restore it, having copied in the former folder.
