If you really want to increase growth of the child, track that it played basketball every day, at least 45 minutes.
3. One more sport which will help to stretch a backbone, - swimming. Besides an extension, it helps to develop more intensively muscles that leads to release of hormone of growth. The most effective for this purpose in the way of swimming is the breast stroke. The more your child will do these sports in the childhood, the its growth will be higher. Teach him to swim, visit pools, get out to the nature more often and bathe in open water. As well as any other exercise, swimming cannot yield momentary results. The child has to be engaged in it regularly and throughout a long time.
4. To increase growth of the child, correct his food allowance. Give it more proteins, vitamins, mineral substances and calcium. The products saturated with these substances promote stimulation of growth of the kid. Increase consumption of eggs by it, bean, fishes, milk, vegetables, fruit, etc.
5. You remember also what has certain impact on growth of the child also his geneticist. If parents of the kid have high growth, it too will become higher over time. However one heredity become higher not it will turn out, the child needs all the same to lead a healthy lifestyle. Its growth will also be influenced by purity of the environment, climate, psychological factors (for example, the relations with parents), etc.
