In process of growth and development of the kid his interests and hobbies change. He gains various skills, develops, studies. Often parents fix only the physical growth of the child about what it is possible to make sure, having looked at photos or having watched video. Spiritual achievements of the baby stay often behind scenes: drawings, hand-made articles from plasticine, amusing statements. To keep for many years the memory of development of the preschool child, it is necessary to begin to collect a portfolio.
Instruction
1. The portfolio of the preschool child is a peculiar folder of achievements. With its help it is possible to show progress of the child, to estimate strengths in his development and also to note skills which need improvement. Therefore the portfolio has to bear in itself and functional loading, but not to be just colourful album.
2. As a rule, the portfolio gives the chance to record changes of the child both in physical, and in the spiritual plan for a certain period, helps to support the educational purposes, i.e. to be defined to what and why we train the kid. Besides, the portfolio has to provide the continuity of development of the child year by year and also show all range of its achievements.
3. Registration of a portfolio should be begun with preparation of an album. The ring folder in a firm crust perfectly will be suitable for it. In process of growth and development of the kid it is possible to add new sections to it, it is better to place each leaf in the separate file, then the portfolio will remain for many years. Work on "the book of achievements" should be carried out together with the child, to consider his wishes and opinions.
4. Usually the portfolio of the preschool child includes the following sections: "It I!", "I grow", "My family", "The world around us", "My hobbies", "My imaginations", "Soon in school" and others. Of course, you will be able to correct them, to interchange the position taking into account requirements and opportunities of the growing kid. It is necessary to begin a portfolio with the title page where the main information about the child will be specified.
5. The following section it is possible to call "Acquaintance to me". Here we can reflect data on the place and date of birth of the kid, dynamics of its growth and weight, the choice of a name, achievements for every year, mastering new skills and abilities.
6. This section has to consist of several blocks in which it is possible to note participation of the baby in various performances, competitions, sports competitions, visits of the museums, circuses, zoos, to describe impressions of the kid of what was seen. Surely add couple of photo of the child, the rhyme told on a morning performance or the sung song to each event, in the future it will be so interesting to it to plunge into the world of the childhood again.
