The training is an excellent opportunity to acquaint children with each other, to create a confidential situation in collective and to reveal which of children, of what is capable. All trainings have some general rules of carrying out.
1. Determine the age of the children participating in a training and set the aims which your training will pursue. If you provide a training for children of 4-5 years, then formation of communicative skills, creation of a friendly atmosphere in children's collective will be your purpose. If the training is provided for school students, then not only acquaintance and creation of a friendly atmosphere, but also definition of roles which the child prefers to play in collective can be the purpose. For the senior children the acquaintance, creation of a confidential situation, allocation of personal qualities of each child and fixation on success can be the purpose of a training.
2. Create groups for a training. The group can consist of 6-8 people – no more. If there will be too much participants, it will create problems in the organization, due attention will be paid to the kazhdomena.
3. Divide your training into several parts. In the prolog you have to tell children about rules of holding a training. As a rule, in all trainings they are same: 1. 4. Carry out a reflection after each exercise. That is, talk from a dema about what you did now. It was pleasant to them or not that it was pleasant or it was not pleasant, kind of, in their opinion, it was possible to make better.
