Instruction
1. Start the server, then open cstrike directory. Further you need to find server.cfg is a system configuration file of your server. Enter in line with hostname value the necessary name – after actually word hostname.
2. Open the File menu which is in a top panel of an application window, select the Save as item. Then select UTF-8 encoding, do not forget to deselect a checkbox from the bom field. Press the Ok button then restart the server.
3. If the name of the server necessary to you does not manage to be saved in the above-stated coding, in that case create the copy of all that contains in the server.cfg file. Press the Start-up button to open the main menu with OS then select item "All programs. Open the section "Standard" and start the simplest Notepad text editor.
4. The text file which for the present has no name will open. Insert into it the text from the server.cfg file that you saved, then open a menu item "File" in the top service panel of the program and then select the subparagraph "Save as". In the File name field enter server.cfg, and in a drop-down list "File type" select "Text documents". Also in the field "Coding" in a drop-down list select UTF-8 then save changes by clicking of the corresponding button.
5. Now the document that you created, place in the server.cfg file, and then save changes. That they were applied, restart the server. Important: if you after change of a server name make still any changes to it, it will lead to the fact that the above actions should be repeated.
6. You can also turn off advertizing, having seized the corresponding opportunity, all in the same server.cfg. That to carry out it, during editing the file in the Notepad program find the line sv_contact of a cs-nazvaniye_reklama. Change this line to the website.
7. Find the line amx_gamename of a nazvaniye_reklama. It needs to be changed to Counter-Strike. Save changes.
