You can connect the computer to the server online using VPN (Virtual Private Network). It will allow to distribute correctly resources of remote network and also in the correct order to configure operation of the server.
Instruction
1. Configure Windows for connection to the server properly. The software necessary for creation of VPN is normal it is included in structure of the Windows Server operating system. Install it better not to buy any additional network equipment.
2. Load Windows Server and click "Start-up", select "Programs", "Administration" and "A server setup wizard". Open "Remote access / VPN North" in the list of services.
3. Click a circle to the left of the option "Virtual VPN and NAT Private Area Network". Select the network adapter connecting the computer to the Internet if it is available.
4. Select an option of automatic IP address assignment. Specify "Is not present, to use routing and remote access for authentication of requests of connection" to go to the Control of Several Servers of Remote Access page.
5. Click "Start-up", select "Programs", "Administration" and open "Active users and computers". Come into the section "Remote access" and go to the Properties tab. Specify "Allow access" for each of users for whom you want to open access to the server through VPN.
6. Pass to a name of computer which you wish to connect to the server online. Key "Start-up", open "Control panel", further "Network and the Internet", "Network and the switching center" and "Setup of new connection or network".
7. Select "Connection to a workplace", "Use my connection to the Internet" and enter the router IP address to connect to it the server. To learn this address, open the page of a configuration of the router.
8. Enter a user name and the password for the account through which access to VPN is provided. Use VPN connection for connection to the server.
