Removal of the encrypted links is possible only by means of editing the code of a template.

Instruction
1. To see these links in the code of a template, you need to come into the panel of the administrator which is located at сайт.ру/wp-admin. On the opened page select the section "Design" (Appearance) in the left column. In the opened menu select the Editor item. The window of the panel of the administrator will be updated and you will see the editor of configuration files.
2. The encrypted links usually are located in "basement" of your template – the lower part of the page so is called. The footer.php file is responsible for "basement". Find this file in the right column and left-click on it. On the page the contents of this file which can be edited will be loaded. You will see references which are "basement", having selected them, click Delete, then the Save button in the editor of this file. If on the screen there is a message containing the line all links in the footer should remain intact means links are encrypted.
3. For decoding of links it is possible to use editing other file. Find the functions.php file in the right panel and open it. Find the following eval (str_rotl) value in this file. Now you need to find other value which will be below this line – fgecbf (§p, §y) == 0. Change in this value digit 0 to 1. Now it was necessary to save this file and to delete lines with links from the footer.php file.
